ambition. In 2015, he founded Tanner Marketing, an entertainment marketing and management firm,
with a clear mission: to elevate creatives, public figures, and brands through compelling narratives and
strategic innovation. What sets Tanner apart is his sharp instinct for talent and storytelling. From
managing rising stars to revamping the careers of public figures, he has built a powerhouse agency
trusted by names across television, sports, beauty, and music. Notable clients include former
heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder, R&B; artist Tiffany Evans, Caesar from Black Ink Crew, and
reality star Sidney Starr of Gworls.

Tanner’s road to success was anything but linear. After nearly a decade working in the hospitality
industry with global brands like Hilton and IHG, he transitioned into freelance talent management. His
first major break came with Ashley Jackson (Ms. Minnie from Little Women of Atlanta), followed by a
transformative role guiding the career of Ashley Nicole (Love and Hip Hop Atlanta). These early wins
validated his ability to merge brand strategy with personal storytelling, setting the tone for his future
empire.

event marketing, content creation, creative direction, talent management, and public relations. With the

purpose. In 2019, Tanner pivoted into the trucking industry to rebuild, and by 2024, he was back on top.
During a trip to Houston, he had the opportunity to meet and have a meaningful conversation with
hip-hop legend Bun B. Their exchange left a lasting impression, with Bun B’s words—“The only dreams
that die are the ones you let go of”—further inspiring Tanner to stay grounded in purpose and
perseverance.

Investing in Tomorrow’s Leaders
Tanner’s impact goes far beyond brand campaigns and red carpets. He is currently in the
developmental stages of launching a nonprofit organization called Tomorrow’s Innovators, designed to
provide youth—especially those from underserved communities—with practical training in business,
marketing, and content creation. The program is set to officially launch by Summer 2026, aiming to
